Our Parmesan Pepper Croutons begin with fresh baked crispy French bread. Then we add a combination of olive and canola oils, along with fresh garlic, a generous sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan and enough cracked black pepper to give them a little kick. This one's my favorite for Caesar salads. It's also great in soups, as a snack, hors d'oeuvres, or crushed for a terrific crumb topping! The uses are as great as your imagination!
