                                  • 4 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
                                  • ⅓ cup Artichoke Hearts, finely chopped
                                  • 5oz. Baby Spinach
                                  • 1sp. Fresh Thyme, chopped
                                  • 2 (13.8oz.) tubes Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust
                                  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
                                  • 3oz. Cream Cheese, softened
                                  • 2oz. Crumbled Feta
                                  • 2 Tbsp. Heavy Cream
                                  • ½ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
                                  • 1 Large Egg
                                  • 1 ½ tsp. Kosher Salt, divided

Instructions

                                    1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet pan with parchment paper.
                                    2. Combine the spinach, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, artichokes, bacon, feta, yogurt, garlic, and seasonings. Mix until smooth and well combined.
                                    3. Divide the pizza dough into 2 equal parts. Roll out each part to ¼” thickness.
                                    4. Place one dough piece on the prepared pan
                                    5. On that first dough layer, evenly spread out the spinach artichoke filling. Add the second layer of pizza dough on top and gently press down to seal.
                                    6. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut out the shape of a football. Remove excess trimming.
                                    7. Once you have the football shape you’d like, create slices around the outer edge about 1” thick. Twist each slice slightly to make it easier to pull apart.
                                    8. Brush with an egg wash. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
                                    9. (optional) Slice mozzarella sticks in half and place them on the center of the football to mimic “threads.” Or, you may use the squeezable sour cream to create the same effect.
                                    10. Serve warm
